Resident Manager

Responsible for all property related activities. Supervises the property’s leasing and maintenance staff. Oversees and is involved with recruiting new residents, retaining current residents, and serving the housing needs of our residents. Must have general knowledge of maintenance procedures and activities to insure that the community is maintained in the outstanding manner prescribed by Storch Realty, Inc. Candidates must be motivated and organized; capable of completing a variety of administrative tasks; demonstrate excellent people skills; and capable of building a strong team of employees by being a good team player. 2 to 3 years of experience and basic computer knowledge required.

Assistant Resident Manager

Assists the resident manager in the following activities: Responsible for all property related activities. Supervises the property’s leasing and maintenance staff. Oversees and is involved with recruiting new residents, retaining current residents, and serving the housing needs of our residents. Must have general knowledge of maintenance procedures and activities to insure that the community is maintained in the outstanding manner prescribed by Storch Realty, Inc. Candidates must be motivated and organized; capable of completing a variety of administrative tasks; demonstrate excellent people skills; and capable of building a strong team of employees by being a good team player. 2 to 3 years of experience and basic computer knowledge required.

Leasing Consultant

Responsible for recruiting new residents. Duties include showing rental homes, securing new leases and preparing lease documents; answering telephones and email inquiries; and completing other light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and has sales experience and basic computer knowledge. Pay includes salary plus commissions.

Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community and rental homes. Must be actively involved in the turnover of vacant homes; supervise all maintenance related subcontractors; provide resident requested maintenance service; and participate in the after hours emergency service program. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of general maintenance functions and activities including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC repairs. Position requires 2 to 3 years experience and HVAC certification. Candidate must be a self-starter, a team player and demonstrate excellent people skills.

Assistant Maintenance Engineer

Assists Maintenance Engineer in all activities as described above. Must have knowledge of general maintenance repairs. Candidate must be a self-starter, team player, and eager to learn more about maintenance repairs.

Turnover/PunchOut Technician

Responsible for preparing vacant homes for new residents. This includes prepping the home for the painters and cleaners, solving general maintenance problems, and alerting the Maintenance Engineer of other, more complex problems. Candidates must possess knowledge of general maintenance repairs, be a self-starter and team player, and be eager to learn more about maintenance repairs.

Grounds Keeper

Responsible for keeping the grounds and common areas clean and free of litter. Duties include picking up trash around the community, cleaning hallways and staircases, generally maintaining the curb appearance of the property; as well as cleaning the leasing office and models; and performing the final wipe out of vacant homes.
